César Aguiar


CÉSAR AGUIAR is a charismatic professor from Carúpano who is interested in innovation of strategies to teach, besides, he has been always concerned about his academic and professional formation.

He graduated in 1998 at UPEL where he got the degree as Professor of Foreign Language, mention: English. After that, he started to give classes in this university as contracted professor.


Years ago, he studied at Universidad de Oriente (UDO) and he graduated in 2007 where he got the degree as Magister Scientiariun in Education mention: English Teaching as foreign language.


After that, he worked many years as contracted professor at Upel, he won the opposition contest to the subjects: Advanced English I, Advanced English II and Reading and Writing. Since that moment, he was ordinary member of the institution.


In 1999, he created “The English Songs' Festival”. with the professor Zunay Rincones.


He has won two literature prizes, one of them was: “Felix Armando Nuñez, mention: short stories”, with his composition “Culpable o Inocente”. Another one was in the “Regional Literary context”, made in Guanaguana, with his composition “Ensueño Maravilloso”.

In spite of his short age, he has received three tributes in life, thing no usual in this country. 


He has given the following subjects: English I, II, III,IV and V, Reading and writing, Advanced English II, Theatre, Phonetics and Phonology II and  Didactic games, being the creator of this last approved for academic council.



Nowadays, he dictates Didactic Games and Laboratory skill to the students of English III, IV and V, he is doing an ascension work to aspire to the category of assistant, and also, he is member of the association’s professors of Upel (APROUPEL).
